We are a registered charity, raising funds to build a brand new, accessible and energy efficient community hall in Widecombe in the Moor.
The local community has been integral in determining the design, layout and features of the building by telling us what's important to them. Together we have secured planning permission for our new hall, taken ownership of the site and created a new access from the road.
Significant site works, including drainage and levelling, have been undertaken by a band of committed volunteers and we have far exceeded our original target of raising £50,000 from within the local community.
NEWS FLASH!
On Monday 17th November 2025, Principal Contractors 'Duraform Homes' started on site and will commence the build of a watertight structure, for completion in March 2026.
